If you are seeking a service or resource that is not available through the Polk HealthCare Plan, there are other indigent healthcare services available in addition to community partners that may meet your needs.

The UF IFAS/Extension Services in Polk Family and Consumer Sciences program offers nutrition and healthy living information, resources and classes.
