YMCA Memberships Available with the Polk HealthCare Plan

Polk HealthCare Plan (PHP) has partnered with the YMCA of West Central Florida to promote health and wellness through physical activity. PHP members now have access to a YMCA membership at two YMCA locations in Lakeland: Lakeland Family YMCA and Fontaine Gills Family YMCA. YMCA membership includes access to the following services: wellness area, gymnasium, racquetball courts, group exercise, Coach Connect and swimming pools.

A limited number of plan members may be eligible for this incredible opportunity. YMCA memberships at these Polk County locations are limited to 200 members on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us to learn if you qualify!
